  12. I want to have a modem with voice-mail and automatic fax receiving
  13. running on a computer in my office.  However, I want to also call
  14. in (e.g. log-in) to check things, download files, or take over
  15. control of the computer via ReachOut or a similar program.

  17. Has anyone found any solution for a PC, using any modem or set of 
  18. programs, that allows active voice-mail and fax programs to give up 
  19. control to a remote-control program on the same PC?
